From Rage to Reason teaches important concepts and practical skills for controlling anger and avoiding violence. Players learn specific skills in three vitalareas: Self Skills - such as techniques for staying calm;Thinking Skills - such as thinking ahead about likely results;and People Skills - such as how to be assertive withoutbeing aggressive.

Game includes situation and advice cards, play money, an "options board", and a teacher's guide with complete lesson plans.
